Rainbow Plants has been proud to have been using Melcourt Sylvagrow compost for the last 10 years.  It is a peat free medium that the plants love! And as it is a sustainable bark/coir product it is great for the environment.

It has a reliable fine structure that encourages rooting and is easy to rewet with overhead irrigation. They add a slow release fertiliser for us .

Plants that we produce from our own potting from liners, bare root, root ball or potting-on are grown peat free; those plants that are bought in for immediate sales are not peat free. Give us a call to check if you are concerned.
